- As a PasarMakan driver, you are required to conduct deliveries of orders from central pickup point in your own vehicle, meeting all the states requirements for use on Australian roads. Any expenses relating to the delivery mode used are not payable by PasarMakan eg. fuel, insurance etc.
- PasarMakan cannot be held liable for any damages or accidents that may occur during deliveries. It is your responsibility to organise business insurance, practise care and consideration when handling heavy machinery such as a vehicle in an attempt to deliver goods in a professional manner.
- As employment is based on a sub-contractor basis, you are required to abide by all tax obligations set out by the Australian Government relating to your state.
- PasarMakan will not withhold tax or superannuation from payments to registered drivers
